As a GMP custom peptide synthesis services company, your custom peptides are synthesized using solid-phase or solution phase chemistry. Pre or post synthesis operations and the chemistry itself can incorporate natural, unnatural and modified amino acids. Post synthesis modifications of peptides include biotinylation, KLH conjugation, and linker attachment and more (ask for details). We use preparative HPLC to purify the desired peak, and the final compound is analyzed again by reverse phase HPLC to verify purity. Depending on your research needs, Dalton guarantees four levels of purity: crude, >70%, >80% and >95%. Mass spectrometry is used to verify the mass of the peptide.
