Project Coordinator

Our customers range from the largest global pharmaceutical companies in the world to the smallest startup company. Dalton offers industry leading expertise in chemical synthesis, API production, formulation development and the manufacturing of sterile injectable products, all supported by extensive in-house analytical and quality support.

As a member of the Project Management team, the Project Coordinator will be working as part of a dynamic department that plans, executes, and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating team efforts of members across departments, third-party contractors or consultants (when necessary) to deliver projects according to plan

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills and be extremely self-motivated.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of the Canadian GMPs and FDA cGMP guidelines.
  • A good understanding of production, design and fabrication methodologies.
  • Excellent ability to manage staff and to work with team members, partners, contractors and consultants.
  • Strong planning, organizational and administrative skills suitable for project management.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel; comfortable with internet and email.
  • Coordinating multiple projects (S/M) at the same time. Skills and Experience
  • Proven track record of successful project deliverables; work to schedule and specification.

Requirements

  • Qualifications or planned/pending qualifications in project management
  • Minimum B.Sc. in Chemistry
