As a member of the Project Management team, the Project Manager will be working as part of a dynamic department that plans, executes, and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating team efforts of members across departments, third-party contractors or consultants (when necessary) to deliver projects according to plan.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills and be extremely self-motivated.


  • Good knowledge of the Canadian GMPs and FDA cGMP guidelines.
  • A good understanding of production, design and fabrication methodologies.
  • Excellent ability to manage staff and to work with team members, partners, contractors and consultants.
  • Strong planning, organizational and administrative skills suitable for project management.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel; comfortable with internet and email.
  • Coordinating multiple projects (S/M) at the same time. Skills and Experience
  • Proven track record of successful project deliverables; work to schedule and specification.


  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Enrolment in project management certification; completion of introductory PM course.
  • PMP designation is an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills and ability to influence and align technical support to client needs.
  • Software competency, Microsoft project, dynamics, excel, word


We are currently seeking an energetic Business Development Associate for our global sales team.

The focus of the role is to support the Business Development department and to identify and develop new contract development and manufacturing business that fits the technical expertise of the company. In this role you will work with Operations to define project scope, pricing, deliverables and achieve sales projections.


  • Minimum requirements include a science degree
  • Experience in sales or business development role
  • Knowledge of contract manufacturing (CMO or CDMO) industry preferred
  • Strong ability to positively influence others through establishing credibility and building strong business relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient using MS Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint as well as or similar CRM tool.
  • Communicates well orally to both internal and external customers and has ability to write highly technical proposals
